Monthly Rent PDF
Two ways a PDF gets here: upload one manually below (sent automatically to the tenant WhatsApp group on the 1st of the following month, no approval needed), or let the system auto-generate one from live invoice data on the 30th of the month — that version is emailed to the owner for one-click approval first, and sends to the group as soon as it's approved. Either way, re-uploading/generating for the same month replaces the file.
Yearly Rent Sheet
Upload the owner's flat per-tenant yearly rent roll here for reference/audit storage. One per property per year -- re-uploading the same year replaces it. This is stored as-is, not automatically parsed into any calculation.
Payment Shortlist
Messages tenants post in the WhatsApp group (payment screenshots, text) are captured by the local bridge and matched here by phone number. If an Anthropic API key is configured, payment amounts are auto-extracted from screenshots and compared against each tenant's current outstanding balance -- otherwise the raw messages still show up for manual review.
